1. Using the service

CampusMart provides an online storefront and delivery service for students on and around campus. You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details and to use the service lawfully.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis and include any applicable charges displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, with a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Payment

Payment is due at checkout or on delivery, depending on the method you choose. Mobile money and card payments are processed by our payment partner; we never store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, weather and traffic. Someone must be available at the delivery point to receive the order. Uncollected orders may be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Returns and refunds

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items may be returned or refunded when reported within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit.

6. Coupons

Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, including minimum spend, validity dates and usage limits. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CampusMart after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
